Day 5 in Lyon!!

hi hi! Day 5 Blog post! I woke up in Lyon and walked with Ava & Lizzie down to the city to a cute coffee shop called Pretzel Coffee. We got iced coffees & ran into Cade, Lily, Bella, Olivia & Hayli! Then we wandered around & walked into all different types of shops before stumbling upon a square with a beautiful fountain. We (wait for it) took a BUNCH of pics. Then we headed into a store to buy postcards & gifts for friends & family. After, I got to try a chocolate Madeleine (a cookie with filling & a hard shell of icing on top). Then we walked into a jewelry store & went total GIRL. They had the cutest stuff, & we just had to get some souvenirs. I got a matching royal blue ring & necklace :) Then we had drinks at this funky restaurant, walked around, and finished with happy hour at a little street cafe. We all walked back to the hotel to get ready to eat dinner & watch the Olympics opening ceremony with everyone! Aurevoir!
