Day 11 in Paris!!

hi hi! Day 11 Blog post! Emma Grace & I met up with Emma Grace's family friends for lunch near Arc de Triumph. It was so nice getting to meet them and talk about our trip thus far. After lunch, Emma Grace headed to a museum tour with the group while I went to Champions Square to see the Olympic Medal Ceremony with Ella Hall. We waited in line for about an hour & a half but got barricade in the venue! The Eiffel Tower was right behind us - it was so picture-perfect. We saw the athletes as they came out and walked the runway with their new medals. We left around 6:30 and walked to Sir Winston's for our group dinner. The desserts were delicious. They had a chocolate mousse dessert and a chantilly-like meringue cake that were my favorite. After the dinner, the girls had tickets to Moulin Rouge at 11 pm! It was such a good show. The venue was intimate and New York-y with the red carpet, velvet curtains, and limited seating. The show lasted till 2 am and to say I was a little tired was an understatement. When we got back home I about collapsed into bed. Au revoir!
